Taste of Downtown Kelowna

It's Taste of Downtown Kelowna tomorrow! We're joining in the fun and serving delicious gelato made in-house!

Taste of Downtown KelownaSeptember 23, 2017, 12:00pmDowntown KelownaThe Taste of Downtown is a self-guided walking tour of Downtown Kelowna's restaurants, pubs and cafes on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 12pm-3pm. What better way to celebrate the variety and diversity of Downtown Kelowna's 80-plus eateries and drinkeries than by making the acquaintance of a couple dozen free delicious samples*?

Get your lucky charms ready as passports will be available as of Saturday September 9th at Mosaic Books (411 Bernard Ave) when they open. Once they are gone, they are gone! Pick up a passport with a minimum $5.00 cash donation for the Kelowna Community Food Bank...there is a limit of six passports per person, but each passport requires a minimum donation of $5.00. You must visit Mosaic Books to receive your passport, no calls or emails please. The great people at Mosaic Books will not "hold" passports.

As a passport holder, here's a reminder for Saturday September 23rd:

1) if you are lucky enough to hold one of our passports don't forget it at home!

2. Visit the 32 participating restaurants on Saturday, September 23rd between 12pm and 3pm with your passport. Be sure to wear good walking shoes. You can't win if you don't stop in. That rhymes.

3. Collect required number of coveted autographs from each colour category. Eat a delicious free sample*.

4. Enter. Drop your passport off at one of the Downtown Kelowna information booths by 4:00pm on September 23rd. The booths with the nice people in it. The booths will be located at the Rotary Centre for the Arts (421 Cawston Ave.) and in front of Mosaic Books (411 Bernard Ave.)

5. Wait. We'll announce the winners at the Downtown Kelowna After 5, on downtownkelowna.com and social media on Thursday September 28, 2017
