EXHIBIT: ‘Art in the Park’

September 2 @ 8:00 am - September 28 @ 8:00 pm

- Free

Alex Fong Galleria Exhibition

Since 2008, the Art in the Park program has provided artists with special access to explore Canada’s national parks and then share their experience through art. Artists are chosen to encourage a balance of artistic styles and mediums, and create unique pieces of art that inspire an emotional connection and deeper understanding of Canada’s national parks.

Artists spent several days and nights exploring the lakes, trails, wildlife and spectacular views from the Alpine Club of Canada’s A.O. Wheeler Hut in Glacier National Park, British Columbia. This exhibition will be on display across British Columbia and Alberta to celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary.
