Learn the oldest form of glass working techniques. In this exciting class you will learn basic bead making skills using a single fuel torch & coloured glass rods (from Italy). Basic round & square shapes, dots, frit & stringers will be covered.
This course covers safety, tools, annealing & setting up your home studio. Includes all supplies, use of equipment in class. Return to pick up annealed beads the following week.
Note: Please wear cotton clothing, full pants, long tight sleeves, closed toe shoes & have long hair tied back.

PLEASE NOTE: All of Fay Wolfenden’s workshops include use of tools while in class. After taking a class you may book time in the studio ($10/hr) to practice your skills.
