Join us for a free event focused on gratitude and its importance to well-being and happiness. On Thursday, October 26th, from 7:00pm – 8:30pm a panel of experts organized by the UBC School of Nursing will speak and answer audience questions on various aspects of gratitude. This discussion will be moderated by Sheila Epp. This years event will explore the positive effects gratitude practices have on mental and physical health. Don’t miss out on this interactive evening!

PARKING : Metered street parking is available outside the centre (free after 5 PM & Sundays). One block south on Ellis Street, parking has been increased at the Library Parkade to 668 spaces, and Memorial Parkade to 519 spaces. Parkades are free after 6 PM except during special events. There is an Impark Lot at Prospera Place (access from Water or Cawston) and Impark Lot at the corner of Ellis and Cawston (access from Cawston).
