Michelle will tell you that photographing wildlife is gritty, real, harsh, terrifying and achingly beautiful all at the same time. Her stunning and at times haunting photographs draw you inwards. They get under your skin and have a subtle way of occupying space within your soul. One cannot look at a Michelle Valberg photograph without becoming overwhelmed by the beauty, power and vulnerability of the subject.
