PARKING : Metered street parking is available outside the centre (free after 5 PM & Sundays). One block south on Ellis Street, parking has been increased at the Library Parkade to 668 spaces, and Memorial Parkade to 519 spaces. Parkades are free after 6 PM except during special events. There is an Impark Lot at Prospera Place (access from Water or Cawston) and Impark Lot at the corner of Ellis and Cawston (access from Cawston).
