ApHeart Community Dance Performance

As part of our Creative Aging activities, the Rotary Centre for the Arts is pleased to host and present workshops and presentation of ApHeart with Claudia Moore, MOonhORsE Dance Theatre (Toronto) and local professional dancers Annick LeQuellec, Cori Derickson and Sean Ling-Allen. We invite senior community members to participate in this movement activity and can sign up to the Workshop to do so.

ABOUT ApHeart
ApHeart is a movement meditation for our times. The choreography is an improvised score performed by community dancers and professional dance artist leaders with live music.
A contemplative, energizing experience to provide a sense of connection, though physically apart.

A moment to witness senior movers of all backgrounds who, through their movement, allow for reflection on the reality we are all experiencing, to provide a sense of comfort, hope, unity.

A time to speak with our bodies in simple ways to reflect our humanity, our respect for environment and for each other. Joy comes from being in motion together!
