Shane Koyczan, a globally acclaimed spoken word artist, poet, and author, has garnered international recognition. Renowned for his ability to craft poetry that resonates deeply with audiences, Koyczan's work boldly connects with people, speaking directly in their own language.
Get into the holiday spirit with The Comedy Department and Holiday Rumble: Every Elf for Themself! It’s candy cane chaos and mistletoe mayhem in this fast-paced improv comedy spectacular. The Comedy Department is a crack team of award-winning comedians who’ve travelled all over the world doing improv.
The Anna Jacyszyn quartet, at their professional peak, wins audiences over with sophisticated musical choices and fun. Under the Jazz Café banner, their award-winning performances entertain and create a cozy Christmas mood, like cashmere sweater and a smooth sip of scotch.
A spicy puppet cabaret, hosted by a sassy grandma who keeps trying to steal the show. This beautifully twisted variety show is performed by Ingrid Hansen, who also puppeteers for Jim Henson Company’s Fraggle Rock. (Ages 14+)
Lucy Darling is known the world over for her wit, her charm, and her exceptionally good hair. Lucy’s shows are a wonderful mix of playful improvisational comedy, hilarious, witty writing, and impossible magical feats.
“Funky ol’ Blues and a truckload of soulful originals”. The Graham Ord Blues Revue is a dynamic band of highly talented musical friends who share a passion for live performance and the power of the Blues.
Heavy hitters Down the Lees and local super-group Nightshades co-headline an evening of Kelowna's top rock music. Nightshades blend psychedelic pop and post-punk rock, while Down the Lees, a post-alternative band, boasts multiple albums and won Best Song at the 2024 OSIF Awards.
Tonye Aganaba is an interdisciplinary artist and musician - and their style is dynamic and fluid - weaving playful threads of Soul, Neo-Folk, Funk, Hip-Hop and R&B.
Erica Sigurdson is a two time Leo Award winner for comedy writing and has had over fifty appearances on the smash hit ‘The Debaters’ on CBC Radio. Joining her as a special guest is Kelowna's very own Kate Belton.
Juno-nominated contemporary chamber ensemble Standing Wave is a sextet of intrepid new music interpreters performing cutting-edge music from today's most forward-thinking composers.
Originally from Victoria BC, pianist and composer Kate Wyatt is now recognized as one of the top jazz musicians of Montreal. She has been praised as having “musical ideas and a style of playing and writing that is on par with the current jazz piano elite: Mehldau, Yaron Herman, and Shai Maestro.
