Tai Murray creates a special bond with listeners through her personal phrasing and subtle sweetness. Winner of an Avery Fisher Career Grant in 2004, she was named a BBC New Generation Artist (2008 through 2010) and was a member of Lincoln Center’s Chamber Music Society II (2004-2006). She has performed as guest soloist with major orchestras world-wide, and as a recitalist she has visited many of the world’s capitals, having appeared in Berlin, Chicago, Hamburg, London, Madrid, New York’s Carnegie Hall, Paris, and Washington D.C. She has released three critically acclaimed recordings.

An “immensely talented” and “quietly powerful pianist” (New York Times), Swiss-born American Gilles Vonsattel is an artist of extraordinary versatility and originality. Recipient of an Avery Fisher Career Grant and winner of the Naumburg and Geneva competitions as well as the 2016 Andrew Wolf Chamber Music Award, he has in recent years appeared with many symphony orchestras including Boston, Tanglewood, Chicago, Munich, and Gothenburg, in addition to performing recitals and chamber music at venues such as the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, Ravinia, Tokyo’s Musashino Hall, Wigmore Hall, and others.
