Program Highlights

Rhythm & Percussion

Sing the rhythm, play the rhythm! Led experienced performing artists this hands-on session will uplift and engage your team as they create music together. No experience needed—just a willingness to dive in! Instruments are provided, making this a powerful, team-building musical experience. 

Creative Movement/Dance

"Dance Your Body, Move Your Heart." Your team will enjoy a gentle, low-impact movement class that combines tai chi-inspired warm-ups with easy-to-follow dance sequences. The session is tailored to all fitness levels and focuses on improving physical well-being while promoting mindfulness and joy through movement. 

Visual Arts

Experience Visual Arts wellness! We learned to draw before we could write. Through a processed based in visual arts – experience painting, drawing, or sculpting with your team. Create individual piece or a collective canvas as a group – to perhaps display in your office! Visual arts can promote self-expression, reduce stress, and improve overall mental health.

Sound Bath Experience

End your wellness journey with a transformative Sound Bath, led by skilled sound facilitator. Participants will relax into a meditative state as quartz crystal singing bowls and voice activations guide them to deep relaxation. This sensory experience promotes stress relief, reduces anxiety, and supports overall wellness through self-discovery and healing. 

Musical world of Handbells

Finding within the musical world of handbell ringing an enjoyable and stimulating way not only to develop teamwork but promote wellness and physical fitness. Ringing handbells is a unique way to make music, and a unique way to use your brain to make music.
