Canadian music legend Barney Bentall, best known as the frontman of Barney Bentall and the Legendary Hearts, brings his storied career to the stage in a powerful new solo performance. Blending songs, heartfelt stories from the ranch and road, and captivating visuals, this intimate show offers a rare glimpse into the life of one of Canada’s most celebrated singer-songwriters. Joining Barney are Cindy Fairbank on piano, accordion, and vocals, along with Kirby Barber on bass, guitar, and vocals.

Over the course of his career, Barney has earned a Juno Award for Most Promising Group of the Year, multiple Juno nominations, Canadian Country Music Association awards, and induction into both the Canadian Music Hall of Fame and the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame. These accolades reflect his contributions across decades of work in rock, country, and folk, not just his solo material, but his full journey through Canada’s musical landscape.

People often ask if I am going to write a book about my life. Well… this performance is my attempt to tell the story. To tell it in a way that works for me.

Through the spoken word, through my songs and with lots of visuals…. the beautiful landscapes of life on the ranch along with scenes taken from a life lived on stage, backstage, on the road and in front of a microphone.
