The Okanagan International Film Festival (OKIFF) celebrates Canadian, international and Indigenous cinema while supporting the continued growth of the Okanagan’s film and television industry. By bringing filmmakers, audiences and industry leaders together, OKIFF creates opportunities for connection and collaboration while showcasing the region as a premier destination for film production and creative talent.

In Passing (BC, language: English) 22:28 minutes
Two young romantics, Maya and Alex, navigate life in the same city, their lives unfolding in parallel as they unknowingly cross paths again and again. As they each search for love in their own way, their near encounters hint at something more.

Mildlife (Canada, language: English) 1:25:27 minutes
Lawrence just wants to drum his depression away in his hardcore band with his best friend. The only problem? He's introverted. They haven't booked a single show yet. And his girlfriend wants them to leave the only town he's ever known. A town where he struggles with the complicated, co-dependent relationship with his parents, who both live with cerebral palsy. Mild Life is a coming-of-age film that follows Lawrence, as he navigates every (not so?) simple decision... one scream at a time.
