The Rotary Centre for the Arts is committed to providing exhibition space for local and emerging artists. We also curate themed, yearly, full-building group exhibitions. Artists are encouraged to apply for individual or group shows in our various exhibition spaces including the Galleria, Mezzanine, Atrium, Display Cases & Board Room (descriptions listed below).
The space is approximately 100 ft x 12 ft with a very high ceiling, six skylights and limited spot lighting. Two-dimensional works can be hung from chains attached to an upper rail system, or with nails from the lower hanging rail. This space is ideal for large solo exhibitions or group shows.
Located upstairs and perfect for small exhibitions. Its open concept allows for plenty of light from the Atrium, as well as from spot lighting. Two-dimensional works are hung from chains attached to an upper rail system.
Floor to ceiling windows and a truly distinctive space. Two-dimensional works are hung from chains on the pillars as well as the west-facing wall. This bright, open space is often used for private functions as well as regular performances open to the public.
Three two-sided display cases can be seen from the South Atrium as well as the dance studio hallway. They are securely locked and are perfect for three-dimensional works or small to medium sized two-dimensional pieces.
Located upstairs and ideal for small exhibitions of medium or small pieces. The room is rented regularly by various groups and organizations. Private viewings can also be arranged by appointment. Works can be hung with nails on hanging rail.
