British Columbia Online Raffle Disclaimer and Eligibility
This online raffle is conducted in compliance with the Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch of British Columbia's gaming laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of the organizers, which are final and binding in all respects.
Proceeds from this raffle will directly benefit Rotary Centre for the Arts, furthering our mission and community initiatives. Raffle tickets are non-refundable. Participants are responsible for ensuring they comply with the eligibility requirements and understand that the raffle may be subject to cancellation or modification in cases of unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with gaming laws.
Who Can Participate
Participation in this raffle is open to:
- Individuals who are 19 years or older, in accordance with British Columbia's legal age for gambling.
- Residents of British Columbia, Canada.
- Individuals physically located within British Columbia at the time of ticket purchase.
The following individuals are NOT eligible to participate:
- Directors, employees, and volunteers of the Kelowna Visual Performing Arts Centre Society (Rotary Centre for the Arts) are eligible to purchase tickets and win prizes, provided they are not directly involved in the conduct and management of the raffle. Individuals responsible for administering the raffle, conducting the draw, reconciling proceeds, or awarding prizes, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to purchase tickets or win prizes.
- Anyone not physically present in British Columbia when purchasing a ticket.
By purchasing a ticket, participants certify that they meet these eligibility requirements and agree to comply with all applicable rules and regulations.
