The Mary Irwin Theatre is a unique and intimate venue for music and dance recitals, theatre productions, concerts, corporate presentations and meetings. The 320-seat theatre boasts exceptional acoustics and state of the art light, sound and stage equipment. The theatre comes equipped with dressing rooms and a fully furnished green room.

When booking the Mary Irwin Theatre, keep in mind that we exclusively handle ticket sales for all ticketed events. Additionally, a $2.36 CIF charge per person in a seat applies to un-ticketed or free events.

The theatre comes equipped with dressing rooms and a fully furnished green room with kitchen which includes coffee, tea and filtered water.

Please note: Techs arrive 30 min before and 30 min after the contracted time. To avoid OT fees, please select a 7 hour time slot

You are required to have 2 Rotary Centre for the Arts paid technicians on site.

Beyond 12 Hours

Regular: $280/hour
Non-profit Presenters: $190/hour
Non-profit Producers & SD23: $160/hour

Rehearsal Days: 8 Hours, Continuous

Regular: $700

Additional Tech

- $50/hour (first 8 hours)
- $75/hour (after 8 hours)
- $100/hour (after 12 hours)
Statutory Holiday
- $75/hour (first 8 hours)
- $100/hour (after 8 hours)
- 12 hour day maximum

Three hour minimum per day.

$150 without tuning
$325 with one tuning

Box office is run through boxoffice.ca and will assist with your ticketed event.
All un-ticketed events will incur a $2.36 CIF charge per person, which will be invoiced post-event.
