Kelowna Heritage Week Stir the Pot
Kelowna Cultural District | Family Day | February 16
Celebrate Family Day and Kelowna Heritage Week with a free, walkable cultural experience across the Cultural District. Families are invited to visit three local arts and heritage organizations, Rotary Centre for the Arts, Okanagan Heritage Museum and Kelowna Art Gallery to participate in hands-on programming, and collect stamps in a Family Day passport for a chance to win a prize basket.
How It Works
- Pick up at any location or download a Family Day Passport
- Visit all three participating locations
- Take part in free family-friendly activities
- Submit your completed passport at the Okanagan Heritage Museum
- Be entered to win a Cultural District prize basket
Winners will be notified by February 20, 2026.

Complete your passport for a chance to win a Cultural District prize basket, including:
- Rotary Centre for the Arts: Two tickets to RCA Presents: DerRic Starlight and Dallas Arcand - April 17
- Kelowna Art Gallery: Family Sunday program admission and gift shop items

Rotary Centre for the Arts

Dance Sampler. These 45-minute sessions invite families to move together while exploring dance traditions from Egypt, Hawai‘i, and India. Each session includes three short dance experiences led by cultural dance instructors.
Okanagan Heritage Museum

Enjoy a mini-presentation and hands-on activities that explore the rich history and heritage of food and why it remains such an essential ingredient in our communities today.
